How to add a custom token to Trust Wallet
If you are new to using Trust wallet, you might find it a little confusing to add custom tokens to your wallet. This article will walk you through the steps using the Capitan Coin Project as an example. If you haven't downloaded the trust wallet yet, follow any of the following links to download the Trust Wallet App:
Download Trust Wallet for android on App Store here
Download Trust Wallet for ios on Apple Store here
Step 1
Select the menu button on the top right corner of the App.
Step 2
Scroll down to the bottom and select “Add Custom Token”.
Step 3
Click on “Network” to see the list of networks supported by Trust Wallet.
Step 4
Select the right network, in this case, we will select Smart Chain because the Capitan coin project runs on Binance smart chain.
Step 7
Copy and paste the contact address. The name of the project, the symbol, and the decimals should automatically populate, if it doesn't, you can also manually input them.
Capitan Coin (CAP) Token Contract Address:
0x4DD97Ea3f270A7b15b3e7d279FC39F576eAC48Fb
Step 8
Your newly added token should appear here. Now you can send and receive tokens to your wallet address. To share your address with someone to pay you, click on receive, copy your address, and share it.
I have added the Capitan Coin Contract, how do I join the crowd-sale?
- Send BNB to your Trust Wallet BNB wallet from any BNB wallet or exchange (such as Binance)
- Send the desired amount of BNB to the Crowdsale Contract Address: (0xb56a67c051DC11a31a0dabDFfCF8E3514c40C563) (The rate is 1 BNB = 100 CAP)
- Once the transfer is done, you should receive the capital tokens in Metamask
